Our most popular booking is exclusive use weekend which has a fixed price for 2 nights provides you with exclusive access to all facilites, food evening of arrival and Tipsy tea.
Catering is included for Friday and Saturday night 2 or 3 night bookings. It is not included between 22nd December and 3rd January, for single night stays or for midweek bookings. Bookings with an overall rate of less than £900 a night are always self catered as are bookings under £2800. See our packages brochure below for food options and additional packages.
Our exclusive use hire is normally 2 night minimum stay and includes access to the entire venue and some food and extras below. Prices are on our booking portal and range from £2000 for a midweek stay and £4200 for a weekend stay in peak season. Note minimum booking value and duration conditions apply to included catering.

We have partnered with local spa therapists who offer a range of spa treatments and they are individually priced form £35 for our 25 minutes treatment to £125pp for the indulge spa treatment package. See our spa treatments page for more details. Therapists come to the venue for the treatments.
Hire robes for the duration of your stay and take the hassle of out packing and brining along. You'll be glad when you're outside in the hot tub or want to stay in your robe for afternoon teas.
